Ingredients:
- 1kg ribs
- 800gr Potato
- 150gr Caldo Verde
- 4 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tablespoons paprika paste
- White wine to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Coriander to taste
Preparation:
Start by peeling and slicing the garlic cloves.
Prepare the ribs and season with the garlic cloves, paprika, white wine, salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
Wash the potatoes and cabbage.
Put the potatoes and cabbage in a pan with salted water and cook.
When the potatoes are cooked, remove the skin and mash them with a fork. Book.
Put the olive oil in a frying pan and add the ribs. Drizzle the meat with the previous marinade and cook.
At the end, remove the meat and half the sauce.
Add the potatoes and cabbage to the pan, mix well and shape into migas.
