At Mercado Alentejano, we work directly with small producers to ensure you receive the freshest and most authentic products.

How does our delivery process work?

🔹 Product collection – Not all products are immediately in stock. Often, we need 2 to 3 business days to collect them directly from the producers.

🔹 Order shipment – As soon as all products are ready, we ship the order via CTT Expresso or other carriers, with a delivery time of up to 48 business hours for mainland Portugal.

When can I expect my order?

The total delivery time depends on the availability of the products:

📌 Products available immediately → Delivery within up to 48 business hours after payment (Mainland Portugal).

📌 Products that require collection → Delivery within 4 to 6 business days after payment (Mainland Portugal).

📌 Other regions → The delivery time may be longer and varies depending on the location and the carrier used.
