The Gastronomic Week of Beans with Pennyroyal and Cod begins on March 2nd and runs until March 9th. And there are 16 restaurants in the Municipality of Redondo that will participate in this event.

This is an initiative that aims to promote and boost the restaurant sector and publicize and value the famous and tasty delicacy, which tradition says is served at the table, in the municipality, on “Ash Wednesday”, bringing the Carnival festivities to a close and beginning Lent.
