The traditional Feira de São Marcos de Alter do Chão will once again liven up the Alentejo in 2025, with a significant investment in the diversity and quality of the musical programme. The event takes place from April 23 to 27 and features shows by big names in national music.

On April 23rd, Nininho Vaz Maia kicks off the shows, followed on the 24th by performances by Sara Correia and Kura. The night of the holiday, April 25th, will be marked by shows by Tony Carreira and Zé Pedro Sousa. On the 26th, D.A.M.A and Bandidos do Cante join forces for a unique show, with the band Insert Coin closing the night.

Organized by the City Hall, the São Marcos Fair is more than music; is a celebration of Alentejo culture, with craft exhibitions, local products, equestrian activities and much more.
