XXIII Montado Fair, from November 28th to December 1st, presents its natural potential and the products of the cork oak forest.

This year, the Montado Fair marks the 23rd edition, an event of economic, environmental, cultural and scientific importance, nationally and internationally, which has contributed to boosting the economy of this region and promoting the municipality of Portel.

The Montado Fair takes place from November 28th to December 1st and has the participation of several exhibitors from companies in the forestry sector (mainly cork), the agri-food sectors, restaurants and commerce in general, this being an opportunity to promote and commercialize products and develop business opportunities. It was precisely out of the desire and need to take advantage of one of the municipality’s greatest potential, the cork oak forest, that this fair was born, organized by the City of Portel.
