Bean Soup with Cabbage

Ingredients:

  • 4 potatoes
  • 250g cooked beans
  • 1 Savoy cabbage
  • 1 peeled tomato
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 onion
  • Olive oil to taste

Preparation:

If you choose to use dried beans, soak them the day before.

Put the chopped onion in a saucepan and sauté. Then add the beans and cook.

When it’s almost cooked, add the potatoes and carrots cut into squares, the chopped tomatoes and the savoy cabbage cut into strips.

Bake for about 30 minutes.

At the end of cooking, drizzle with olive oil and serve hot.
