Ingredients:
- 4 Thinly sliced pork loins

- 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoons margarine

Preparation:
Start by beating the pork steaks with a steak hammer to tenderize the meat and make the steaks as thin as possible.
Season the febras with salt, pepper, paprika, garlic cloves, bay leaves, vinegar and white wine and leave to marinate for about 3 hours.
Put the margarine in a pan and then add the marinade. Cook over a high heat for about 20-25 minutes until the steaks are tender.
When it’s time to serve, cut the bread in half and heat it a little in the oven, then place a steak on the bread with a little of the sauce and mustard.
