Today we are sharing the recipe for Chickpea Salad with Chorizo.
Nesta receita pode utilizar o Chouriço Alentejano de Porco Preto, que pode encontrar na loja online do Mercado Alentejano.
Ingredients:
- 400gr cooked grain
- 1 Chorizo
- Olive Oil to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Oregano to taste
Preparation:
Start by setting the cooked grain aside. You can choose to prepare the grain itself (soak and cook) or use ready-made canned grains.
Cut part of the chorizo into thin slices and reserve for the end. Cut the rest into small cubes.
In a frying pan, add a little olive oil, add the chorizo and let it cook until well fried.
Season with pepper and add the oregano.
Lastly add the grain and mix well.
Serve with Alentejo bread.
