Today we’re sharing the recipe for 𝐎𝐯𝐨𝐬 𝐌𝐞𝐱𝐢𝐝𝐨𝐬 𝐜𝐨𝐦 𝐅𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐡𝐞𝐢𝐫𝐚.
We used Farinha Fina de Porco Branco, which you can find in the Mercado Alentejano online store.
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐬:
- 1 Farinheira
- 4 Eggs
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley to taste
𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐚çã𝐨:
Start by shredding a farinheira and sautéing it in a generous drizzle of olive oil.
Break 4 eggs, preferably homemade, into a bowl and season with salt, pepper and chopped parsley and mix well.
When the flour is golden, add the eggs and stir well.
Serve hot with Alentejo bread.
