Today we’re sharing the recipe for the traditional Alentejo sweet: Tosquiados.
INGREDIENTS:
- 3 Claras
- 300gr Sugar
- 300gr walnuts
- Flour to taste
- Butter to taste
PREPARATION:
Start by preheating the oven to 180º C.
Grease a baking tray with butter and sprinkle with flour. Book.
Next, beat the egg whites, add the sugar and beat until stiff.
Then crush the walnuts and carefully fold them into the egg white mixture.
Arrange small mounds of the cream on the tray and bake for about 20 minutes.
